99.9% Up-Time Guarantee
Our standard Up-time guarantee is based off of a 15 hour (9am to 12am GMT -5) work day. But we do have several clients on VICIhost that operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, and we can customize a system to allow you to have the ability to run 24/7 and still allow us to regularly service your VICIhost system.
If there ever is a catastrophic hardware failure at either of our hosting facilities that results in a lengthy down time, we will provide a service credit proportional to the amount of time that our systems were unavailable, based upon your monthly VICIhost costs.
