Moving Hosted to On-Site, or On-Site to Hosted
One of the features that makes VICIhost different, is that we are able to move your system from being hosted to being in hardware at your location if you like. Or we can go the other way around too, we can take your on-site premises VICIdial system and move it to a VICIhost system.
Being based on the VICIdial Open Source Contact Center platform allows us to do what most providers can’t: Give you the flexibility to move your contact center hardware anywhere you want. You don’t have to be locked in to using our service.
