With your VICIhost account, you are able to use the Zoiper Webphone at no extra charge, and it can be easily embedded right into your VICIdial Agent Screen.
Perhaps the best feature of the Zoiper Webphone, is that it requires no configuration on the Agent workstation, which can greatly reduce support costs, especially in at-home-agent call centers.
The Zoiper Webphone works just like the regular Zoiper Softphone application, except it loads right within your web browser when the agent logs into the VICIdial Agent Screen.
You also have the option of using our VICIphone WebRTC browser-based phone, which can be used with newer web browsers. It works very much like the Zoiper Webphone, but requires no installation process and uses less resources on the agent workstation.
