Inbound Queue Preserve-Place-in-Line
You can give your customers waiting in an inbound queue the ability to hang up the phone and be called back when their place in line has been reached.
You can even give the customer the ability to enter a different number to be called back at if you want.
This feature can also be set up to force a customer to enter in a callback number if their caller ID number was blocked when they called in.
