Call Quota Lead Ranking for multiple contact attempts

Call Quota Lead Ranking was designed to allow for structured recycle dialing of leads where no contact is made over set time periods over a number of consecutive days. This feature set was built specifically for a client that had two main requirements:

  • To be able to dial leads that do not connect to a customer at least 6 times over 2 concurrent days with at least one attempt made in each of 3 time periods during the day.
  • To be able to automatically set an inactive list to active when the number of dialable NEW leads in the already active lists was about to be exhausted.

While the feature-set that was built offers more flexibility than the requirements that were specified above, these were the parameters that we specifically tested to ensure this set of features was working properly.
