24-Hour Called Count Limit campaign feature
24-Hour Called Count Limit campaign features allow you to limit the number of calls to be placed to any specific phone number or lead within a 24-hour time period. This is different from a “Daily” call count limit in that the 24-hour limit is based on the clock and not what day it is.
These features also allow for state-based override settings. Some states, like Florida, have specific regulations requiring 24-hour call count limitations.
